The Mississippi State Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC Board) is seeking an experienced, mission-driven professional to serve as its Executive Director. This position is the chief administrative and regulatory officer for the agency responsible for overseeing the licensure, regulation, and ethical practice of counseling in the State of Mississippi. The Executive Director plays a critical role in ensuring that only qualified individuals use the protected title “Licensed Professional Counselor” and that all licensees uphold the standards necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of Mississippi’s citizens.
